Traffic regulation orders (TROs)

A traffic regulation order (TRO) or car parking public notice is a legal procedure used to manage traffic. Under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, we can introduce TROs to regulate, restrict or prohibit the use of car parks.

If drivers do not comply with a TRO, they are guilty of breaching the parking regulations and at risk of receiving a penalty charge notice (PCN).

We will let you know in plenty of time when we plan to introduce a new TRO.
