yourSantuary domestic abuse helpline and outreach services

yourSanctuary provides support for people living in Woking, Runnymede and Surrey Heath who are experiencing or have experienced domestic abuse.

It runs the only specialist domestic abuse helpline in Surrey which anybody can access for support, information, signposting and referral. The service is available to men and women (16+) and is available between 9am and 9pm, 365 days per year.

Outside of the above mentioned times, you can leave a voicemail message which they will deal with on the next working day.

yourSantuary also has two safe houses for women and their children fleeing domestic abuse, and a community outreach service which offers:

  • emotional and practical support
  • risk assessment and safety planning
  • advocacy and a legal clinic
  • counselling
  • group programmes to boost self-esteem, confidence and assertiveness.
