7th Woking Scouts - New Community Building
Purpose built hall and a large meeting room for parties, meetings and leisure activities. The premises also benefit from dedicated kitchen and toilet facilities, with large car park.
ARCH Alpha Road Community Hall
Hall, meeting room and kitchen available to hire.
Brookwood Memorial Halls
Brookwood Memorial Halls comprise of two spacious accessible village halls, both are available for hire separately.
Additionally, the Committee Room in the Large 'Memorial' Hall can be hired together with the Large 'Memorial' Hall or exclusively. Hirers share a car park with capacity for 30 cars.
Dianthus Building and The Lodge (formerly Goldwater Lodge)
Located next to the beautiful lake in Goldsworth Park, the Dianthus Building and Lodge has three halls and numerous smaller rooms available for hire. Two of the halls have capacities of 80 to 100 guests and the third has capacity for 40 to 50 guests. Both have full disabled facilities and free parking is available next to the sites.
Initial contact should be made by email stating:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your telephone number.
- Desired date for the event and/or alternative dates.
- Desired times for event.
- Nature of event - party, wedding, conference, meeting etc.
- Expected number of guests attending - adults and children separately.
- Special requirements - bar facilities, internet, lights, PA etc.
The telephone is available for you to leave messages by text or voice and the Bookings Manager will call you back to discuss your request once it has been received. An online booking request system introduced in Autumn 2022.
District Scouts - New Community Building
First floor hall (including that portion that can be screened off) with use of the adjacent kitchen, furniture stored in the lobby and, the ground floor toilets (including the disabled toilet). The premises also benefits from large car parking facilities and a lift to the first floor. The hall is unlikely to be available for hire in the evenings or at weekends when it is mainly booked for Scouting use.
Greenfield School
Available to hire includes: a dining hall, a sports hall and a smaller school gymnasium as well as other spaces.
Holy Trinity Church Hall
Knaphill Methodist Church
One hall and two smaller rooms with a modern kitchen. Disabled access and toilets. Smoking and alcohol are not permitted.
Lakeview
Large hall with a maximum capacity of 30 people. Kitchen and toilet facilities available.
Maybury Centre
The Maybury Centre provides facilities for education, health, welfare, advice, social, business and recreation in the heart of Woking, Surrey. It is a conveniently located venue, just a short walk from Woking town centre and Woking railway station.
From more intimate rooms to halls catering for 100 plus people, we have plenty of options for you to choose from at competitive rates. We also have office and kitchen space for hire.
The centre is regularly used for meetings (from one-on-one to larger conferences), training sessions, parties, wedding functions, yoga, dance, and much more.

Moorcroft
Various rooms available for hire with one main hall of capacity of up to 90 people. The hall can also be divided in two. No smoking is permitted within the hall.
Parkview
Various meeting rooms available for hire, mirrored dance studio and a large hall with stage.
Pyrford Cricket Club
A refurbished clubhouse with a large space suitable for parties, functions and meetings, including a fully equipped kitchen and paid bar. Outside there is a large patio area (and outdoor bar if required), plus a large field for games.
Flexible furniture means you can design seating either inside or on the patio to your requirements. Capacity inside is 60 people, and the outdoor patio area and/or field can accommodate many more people. Hire charges are very competitive.
Sheerwater Scout Hut
Purpose-built hall with tables and chairs provided, great for parties, meetings and leisure activities. The premises also benefits from dedicated kitchen, toilet facilities and private car park.
St Mary's
Various rooms available.
Main hall holds up to 60 people seated. Small hall (leading off the main hall) holds up to 40 people seated. Graduates room holds up to 20 people seated. Graduates room plus lounge holds up to 40 people. No smoking anywhere in the building.
There is an independently run coffee shop on site.
St Saviour's Church Hall
Church hall available to hire for group functions, children's parties, village meetings, society get-togethers, indoor games, rehearsals, plays, musicals, pantomimes and more. St Saviours Church is also available to hire for music performances and rehearsal space. Musicians and performers have welcomed the warm acoustics and flexibility of the venue space.
The Community Hall at Goldwater Lodge
Following major renovation, the Community Hall at Goldwater Lodge is now available for both one-off and regular bookings. Overlooking Goldsworth Park Lake, the well-furnished hall is the ideal venue for parties, receptions and meetings. The main hall can accommodate up to 100 seated theatre-style or dancing, or 70 seated at tables, with a further 25 in the Snug Bar. There is a well fitted serving kitchen and a staffed licensed bar with very reasonable prices. The premises are accessible for disabled people and there is free parking adjacent to the building.
The Vyne (The Dramatize Community Centre)
Various rooms available for hire, suitable for weddings, parties and business meetings. There is an independently run tea room on site.

Westfield Football Club - New Community Building
Comprises ground floor changing/showering area and first floor meeting room and bar with small kitchen area.
Woking Amateur Boxing Club - New Community Building
Fully equipped boxing gymnasium. Gym can be hired/used for aerobics, dance classes and similar activities.
Woking Guides / Sea Rangers - New Community Building
Comprises shared hall, a room with a sprung wooden floor and kitchen.
