Hale End Court extra care

Hale End Court extra care is a unique housing scheme designed to meet the needs of frail or vulnerable people living in Woking.

Located in Old Woking, the scheme offers onsite care to help people with additional support needs to remain as independent as possible.

About Hale End Court extra care

The scheme consists of 48 self contained flats, 45 one-bedroom properties and three two-bedrooms, as well as communal facility’s that includes a range of essential and accessible services to help people live well.

Hale End Court is suitable for individuals or couples.

Each flat is designed and equipped to help tenants move around freely and easily. Accommodation at Hale End Court is suitable for most wheelchair users, complete with lift access, wet rooms and adapted kitchens. All flats are also linked to our community alarm service with emergency pull cords in each room.

Opening hours

People can visit our tenants at any time.

When visiting, visitors should request entry via the electronic door panel at reception. To enter, input the tenant's flat number into the keypad. This will directly contact the tenant's flat, via the video entrance system, who can allow the visitor access to the building. 

The Hale End Court housing support staff are on site Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, and Fridays, 9am to 4pm.

Travelling to Hale End Court

Public transport

The number 34 and 462 buses stop outside Hale End Court. These buses run frequently between Woking Town Centre and Guildford.

Community transport

Woking Community Transport or Bustler is available to anyone living in the borough who cannot use other transport because of mobility difficulties. It provides an assisted door to door service.
