Operating schedule

All premises licence and club premises certificate applications need to be accompanied by an operating schedule.

Applicants need to tell us about:

  • all licensable activities to be carried out on the premises
  • times when licensable activities are to take place
  • times when the premises are open to the public
  • if the licensable activities include the supply of alcohol, the name and address of an individual will be specified as the designated premises supervisor (DPS)
  • if the licensable activities include the supply of alcohol, whether the alcohol is to be supplied for consumption on and/or off premises
  • a statement of steps to promote the licensing objectives that will become conditions on your licence.

The operating schedule is a very important part of the application. It gives information that will enable us and other relevant authorities to judge whether your proposals to promote the four licensing objectives are satisfactory.
