How to apply
You can apply online for a new premises licence. Your application should be accompanied by the following:
- A plan of the premises.
- The required licensing fees.
- An operating schedule.
- A 'form of consent' from your designated premises supervisor, if supplying alcohol.
- Evidence of your right to work in the UK. For most people this would be a photocopy of your UK passport. If you do not have a valid passport, there is a selection of other documents that are accepted.

Application process
Once we have received your application and fee, there will be a 28 day consultation period that starts on the day after the day your application is received. This gives time for the relevant authorities to review your application, inform people located close to your premises and advertise the application in the local newspaper.
Once this consultation period is over and no representations or objections have been received, your premises licence will be posted to you.
