If you intend to make minor changes to your premises, you can apply for a minor variation to your premises licence.
This form cannot be used to:
- extend your licence
- change the designated premises supervisor (DPS)
- change any conditions relating to the sale or supply of alcohol.
You must advertise your application by displaying a notice on the premises for 10 working days, beginning the day after the application is made. This should be on white paper and placed in a position where it can be seen by people without them having to enter the premises.
