Referred to as the development’s 'Civic Quarter’, this phase of the Sheerwater Regeneration Project comprises four medium rise apartment blocks connected by a podium garden and a standalone five-storey apartment block. As well as providing 168 new homes, of which 60% will affordable, services such as a GP surgery and dental practice will be located here.
