You can send us your evidence online to support your Housing Benefit, Council Tax support or discretionary housing payment application claim.
To do so, you will need to follow the steps outlined below.
Step 1: Scan or photograph your documents
To get started, you will need to:
- Photograph or scan your documents.
- Save the documents to your smart phone, tablet or computer.
Step 2: Complete the evidence attachment form
- At the top of the form, you will find a button that says 'upload and attach file'.
- Select this button, which will allow you to browse your device and attach the relevant document.
- A message confirming the successful upload of your document should appear.
- If you have more than one document to attach, repeat the above actions.
- When you have attached all documents, select the 'Submit' button.
- Complete the requested information within the online form, for example, name, email address, phone number etc.
- You will then be sent a confirmation email, if you have added your email address.
