NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Nashdom, Ashwood Road, Woking. PLAN/2022/1020/RE: Erection of new attached garage with accommodation over following demolition of the existing detached garage and storage rooms. Proposed mezzanine loft conversion with 3No front and 3No rear roof lights and installation of rear solar panels. Alterations to fenestration.
• 51 Waldens Park Road, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2022/0993/DR: Erection of a single storey dwelling with accommodation in the roof space with pedestrian access from Bury Lane.
• 1 Glendale Close, Woking. PLAN/2022/1001/DR: Subdivision of existing dwelling to form 4x one bedroom self-contained flats, alterations to fenestration and demolition of existing conservatory.
