Woking Borough Council has published the revised Affordable Housing Delivery Supplementary Planning Document (AHDSPD) for public consultation and engagement between 21 November 2022 and 19 December 2022.
The AHDSPD provides detail on how Woking's Local Plan policy on Affordable Housing (Policy CS12) should be applied. The current version of the AHDSPD was adopted in 2014. The proposed revised version updates the document, with respect to the national and local context.
The draft revised AHDSPD can be viewed by visiting the Woking 2027 website.
If you do not have access to the internet, the document is also available for inspection at the following venues.
