PLAN/2023/0128/BRB: Conversion of 5 x existing flats into 8 x flats - creating an additional 3 x units with a commercial unit at ground floor (Class E), part two storey, part single storey extension to south elevation, 8x dormer windows to replace existing flat roofed dormer windows and associated external alterations (including fenestration alterations.
• Land adjacent to 152 High Street, Old Woking. PLAN/2023/0168/BC: Erection of a detached two storey dwelling to the rear of No.152, with associated car parking, tree works and landscaping.
• Medway, Guildford Road, Knaphill, Woking. PLAN/2023/0173/KD: Erection of a detached garage.
• The Old House, 215 Old Woking Road, Woking. PLAN/2023/0146/KD & PLAN/2023/0201/KD: Listed Building Consent for the erection of a two storey side and rear extension following demolition of the existing single storey extension.
