NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission, Conservation Area Consent, Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule:

PLAN/2023/0234/JH: Section 73 application to vary Condition 4 (approved plans insofar as they relate to Parcel C (Phase Emerald) to accommodate proposed changes as noted in the submitted planning report including changes to layout/design/landscaping/parking and the repositioning of the proposed dwellings away from the southern boundary of the site) of planning permission PLAN/2018/0337 for the redevelopment of the Sheerwater Estate (please see PLAN/2018/0337 for the original description). Submission also includes drainage details pursuant to Condition 20 and bat report pursuant to Condition 40.

Submission also includes drainage details pursuant to Condition 20.
