NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Unit 2, Canada Road, Byfleet. PLAN/2022/0959/BRB: Erection of a detached industrial unit with mezzanine floor for Class B8 (Storage and distribution) and associated parking following demolition of existing B2 (General Industry) two storey Industrial unit (amended description and site address)
• 5-13 Board School Road and 2-6 Portugal Road, Woking. PLAN/2023/0024/BRB: Demolition of existing buildings and erection of a up to 6 storeys building comprising 59 x residential units including landscaping, bin and cycle storage, access and associated works.
• Sands at Bleak House, Chertsey Road, Woking. PLAN/2023/0208/RE: Erection of infill extension with flat roof, alterations to fenestration and doors including installation of additional doorway to northern elevation.
