NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Broadoaks Mansion, Broadoaks Park, Parvis Road, West Byfleet. KT14 7AA PLAN/2023/0441/BC: Listed Building Consent for internal and external alterations including internal reconfiguration and reinstatements, removal of the single storey southern addition on Plot 1 and addition of a porch along with other alterations across Plots 1 and 2.
• Little Birch, Prey Heath Road, Mayford, Woking. PLAN/2023/0562/RE: Erection of a single storey rear extension.
• Sainsbury's, Redding Way, Knaphill, Woking. PLAN/2023/0527/DR: Section 73 application to vary Conditions 5, 13, 23 and 25 of permission ref: PLAN/2023/0076 to allow retention of existing Explore Learning concession at first floor level, the provision of the opticians concession (previously approved) at ground floor level and to allow the in-store Sainsbury's cafe to be operated as a concession.
