Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Raphael, St Johns Lye, St Johns, Woking. PLAN/2023/1048/EF: Erection of a single storey side and rear extension and front porch following demolition of the existing conservatory and garage. Alterations to fenestration.
• 30 – 38 High Road, Byfleet, West Byfleet, Surrey PLAN/2023/1051/BC: Prior notification for a change of use from offices to 23no residential units (Use Class C3) on ground, first and second floors.
