Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Westbury, Church Hill, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2023/1009/CB: Proposed addition of solar panels to the south roofslope and a car charging point to the north side of the existing house and erection of a rear outbuilding. Erection of 1.7m high automatic vehicular entrance gates, 1.3m high pedestrian access gate and 1.65m high brick piers.  
• Land adjacent to El Sub Station, Long Avenue, Cemetery Pales, Brookwood, Woking PLAN/2023/0925/BC:  Proposed replacement of 2No existing agricultural sheds with 2No new sheds.
