Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• 1 Chertsey Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0211/BC: Prior Approval under Part 3, Class MA of the Town and County Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 for proposed change of use from offices (Use Class E) to 9No. dwellings (Use Class C3).
• Parish Hall, 562 Woodham Lane, Woking. PLAN/2024/0149/DR: Formation of additional car parking spaces in front of the Church Hall.
• Denton House, Danes Hill, Woking. PLAN/2024/0210/RE: Erection of a single storey rear extension. Insertion of side and rear windows, infill of second storey rear window and new side rooflight.
