Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Units 1-7, Genesis Business Park, Sheerwater, Woking. PLAN/2024/0319/BC: Demolition of existing buildings and a phased redevelopment of the site to provide 2no flexible employment buildings (Flexible Use Class E(g)(i-iii)/B2/B8), 1no self-storage building (B8 Use Class) and retention of an existing building (E use Class) together with associated landscaping, new vehicular access points, car parking and other associated works. 
• Links House, Golf Club Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0360/BBA: Proposed in-ground swimming pool and plant room. 
• Whiteoaks, Heathfield Close, Woking. PLAN/2024/0253/DR: Erection of a two storey rear extension, single storey side extension, second floor front extension, roof extension including raising of the ridge height, front porch and changes to external materials and fenestration. 
• Magnolia House, Heathfield Close, Woking. PLAN/2024/0165/BC: Erection of two storey front, side and rear extensions, two storey side extension following demolition of existing garage and existing conservatory along with single storey front and rear extensions. Alterations to fenestration and external materials to include matching brickwork and larch cladding to single storey rear extension element. 
• 26 Waldens Park Road, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2024/0356/HD: Erection of a single storey side and rear extension following demolition of the existing garage. Alterations to fenestration to side and rear elevation.
