You or your selected representative can contact the Housing Ombudsman for advice during the complaint process. 

We will advise you of this during the complaints process and provide you with the contact details.

You can contact the Housing Ombudsman if you are: 

  • dissatisfied with a target date extension or delay to a response
  • remain dissatisfied with our stage 2 response
