Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Rosemead, 190 High Street, Old Woking, Woking. PLAN/2024/0118/CB: Extension of existing field store and shelter. 
• Sovereign Travel, 3 Chobham Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0323/DR: Erection of single storey rear infill extension, erection of external staircase to first floor and external alterations and change of use of first and second floors from office (Use Class E) to 5x bedroom House of Multiple Occupation (HMO).
