• Howards Farm, Stockers Lane, Kingfield, Woking. PLAN/2024/0507/BBA: Section 73 application for variation of condition 01 (approved plans) of planning permission ref: PLAN/2023/0363 dated 15 June 2023 (single storey detached outbuilding) to vary plan form dimension, height, window details and boundary treatments (part retrospective) (amended plans recorded 14 August 2024). 
• Inwoods, Littlewick Road, Knaphill, Woking. PLAN/2024/0583/HD: Erection of an oak gazebo to rear.
