Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Hillcrest, Pyle Hill, Sutton Green, Woking PLAN/2024/0706/BRB: Erection of a single storey rear extension, raising of the ridge height to accommodate a lift to the first floor accommodation, rear rooflights, solar panels, and associated works. 
• Hoebridge Golf Centre, Old Woking Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0567/BC: Replacement and erection of new driving range fencing between 10 to 30 metres in height along with the erection of an ancillary store building. 
• Beech Lawn, Beech Grove, Mayford, Woking. PLAN/2024/0681/ML: Extension to existing garage/outbuilding and alterations to fenestration to create an additional storey to form annexe with external staircase.
