Mostly importantly, it puts your voice at the centre of our services planning and delivery.

Planning our future engagement approach and actions
We’re currently working with our residents to plan and roll-out a bigger programme of engagement. This is set out in our draft Housing Resident Engagement Strategy.
Once the strategy is approved by Full Council, we will be increasing our engagement activities and opportunities for you to get involved.
