Robust and transparent performance management helps us to deliver continuous improvement and establish clear lines of accountability for the functions and services we provided to residents.
We produce a Performance Management Report every three months (quarterly) which is structured around the Council’s three directorates - Communities, Corporate Resources, and Place.
The Performance Management Reports cover a range of areas including:
- commentary from the Chief Executive, Section 151 Officer, and Strategic Directors
- performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- financial management information including the identification of major variations in the projected General Fund and Housing Revenue Account (HRA)
- Treasury Management Information
