How to apply to demolish a structure or building.
If you plan to demolish a building, or a part of a building, then you must provide us with a demolition notice.
We need at least 6 weeks notice.

What happens next
Once we receive a demolition notice, we will carry out a site survey to make sure the demolition process is handled correctly.
Demolition work can cause problems for road users and neighbours or businesses in close proximity to the site.
Dangerous buildings
