The fees we charge for pre-application advice are listed below. Payments can be made online or over the phone.

Exemptions:
- advice regarding works to listed buildings which doesn't also require planning permission
- advice on proposals to accommodate people with disabilities.
Other exemptions are at the discretion of the Development Manager.
Additional notes:
- Schemes subject to a Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) would be considered outside of this schedule. A bespoke fee arrangement will be agreed as part of the PPA.
- Mixed developments would attract a composite fee for each element of the scheme.
- All fees are inclusive of VAT.
