NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Land Adj 7 Emperor Avenue, Sheerwater, Woking. PLAN/2023/0483/JH: Installation of 1no. new OSCP cabinet and 2No. Light feeder pillars (cabinets) (existing OSCP cabinet to be removed).
• Longstone, Maybourne Rise, Mayford, Woking. PLAN/2023/0398/NS: Erection of a single storey side and rear extension and 2No dormer windows.
• Parley Brook Farm Stables, Littlewick Road, Knaphill. Woking. PLAN/2023/0470/DR: Erection of equestrian barn and associated hardstanding.
