Weekly planning public notices: 1 August 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Hillcrest, Church Hill, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2024/0519/ER: Erection of a single storey side and rear extension and first floor side extension.  Alterations to fenestration and partial demolition of front boundary wall. Formation of new vehicular access. 
• Little Bridley, Berry Lane, Worplesdon, Guildford. PLAN/2024/0500/CB: Erection of a single storey front extension, carport and side porch, the extension of the existing front porch and alterations to fenestration following the demolition of the existing extension.
