  • 57 Hawthorn Road, Woking. PLAN/2023/0913/HD: Erection of a single storey side extension following demolition of existing attached garage.
  • Manor House, Mill Lane, Byfleet, West Byfleet. PLAN/2024/0130/BRB: Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of Planning Permission PLAN/2021/1104 (Construction of a 9 bay garage building and a 6 bay Estate management building and hardstanding yard area with associated fencing and landscaping, following demolition of an existing stables building) to amend the position of the buildings, size of the garage building and layout of the estate management building.

  • West Hill Lodge, West Hill Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0158/ER: Erection of a single storey side extension, 1No front and 2No rear dormers with front and side rooflights and rear outbuilding.
