Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• 57 Hawthorn Road, Woking. PLAN/2023/0913/HD: Erection of a single storey side extension following demolition of existing attached garage.
• Manor House, Mill Lane, Byfleet, West Byfleet. PLAN/2024/0130/BRB: Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of Planning Permission PLAN/2021/1104 (Construction of a 9 bay garage building and a 6 bay Estate management building and hardstanding yard area with associated fencing and landscaping, following demolition of an existing stables building) to amend the position of the buildings, size of the garage building and layout of the estate management building.
• Holly Cottage, Hook Hill Lane, Mayford, Woking. PLAN/2024/0136/ER: Erection of a single storey side and rear extension following demolition of existing outbuildings.  Alterations to external materials and fenestration.

PLAN/2024/0143/DR: Erection of single storey rear infill extension and extension to basement, erection of external staircase to first floor and external alterations and change of use of first and second floors from office (Use Class E) to 6x bedroom House of Multiple Occupation (HMO).
• Manor House, Mill Lane, Byfleet, West Byfleet. PLAN/2024/0177/BRB: Construction of an outdoor kitchen on a raised deck.
• West Hill Lodge, West Hill Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0158/ER: Erection of a single storey side extension, 1No front and 2No rear dormers with front and side rooflights and rear outbuilding.
