NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Vermont Lodge, West Hall, Parvis Road, West Byfleet. PLAN/2023/0721/CB: Erection of a Garage/Outbuilding.  
• High Tor House, Heathside Park Road, Woking. PLAN/2023/0744/BC: Erection of a two storey side extension and single storey rear extension.  Conversion of garage into habitable accommodation and removal of two trees in a Conservation Area.  
• Land North of Old Woking Road and East of Station Approach, West Byfleet. PLAN/2023/0751/BB: Advertisement Consent for the display of marketing signage on existing construction hoarding fronting Station Approach and Old Woking Road.
• 99 Raglan Road, St Johns, Woking. PLAN/2023/0748/CB: Erection of a single storey rear extension following demolition of existing lean-to.
