Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• The Nags Head, Bagshot Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0575/JS: Erection of illuminated and non-illuminated signs to the exterior of the building
• Tangleways, Sheets Heath, Brookwood, Woking. PLAN/2024/0516/ER: Erection of a two storey side extension following demolition of existing garage and first floor side extension. Replacement roof to rear extension and demolition and replacement of porch. 
• The Trees, Heath House Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0570/BBA: Completion of single storey rear extension and garage roof permitted under planning permission ref: PLAN/2007/0826. Erection of single storey rear infill extension below existing canopy and formation of new monopitched roof to garden room. Garage conversion with associated alterations to front elevation, provision of ground floor level rear balcony area, removal of chimney and alterations to external finishes and fenestration and to existing first floor level rear balcony (this application includes a full garage conversion and revised fenestration following previously granted ref: PLAN/2022/0375) (part retrospective).

PLAN/2024/0262/BC: Change of use of the land and the erection of 4no. detached pods for overnight guest use, external decking areas, permeable no-dig footpaths, extension to an existing parking area with 4no. parking bays, package water treatment plant and associated works. Okewood House, Heath House Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0565/DR: Erection of a detached garage.
