NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Electricity Substation North East of Martyrs Lane, Woodham, Woking. PLAN/2023/0448/BRB: Proposed lay-by, footpath and working platform.
• 42 The Grove, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2023/0495/EF: Erection of a first floor side extension.  Proposed hip to barn hip roof extension, increase of ridge height, rear dormer and 2No rear rooflights.  Proposed front canopy and removal of existing chimney.
• Casita Place, 41B Station Approach, West Byfleet, Woking. PLAN/2022/0016/BC: Variation and/or removal of conditions 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 of planning permission PLAN/2011/0945 (Outline planning application (access, appearance, layout and scale only) for the erection of a four storey building containing a retail unit at ground floor with 12 flats above.
