Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

  • Moor House Residential Home, Horsell Moor, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2024/0104/BC: Change of use of care home (Class C2) to HMO for 14 persons (Sui Generis).  
  • Natwest, 1-2 High Street, Woking. PLAN/2024/0257/HD: Removal of ATMs and Night Safe Bezel, existing signage and reinstate materials where required.  
  • Spindleberry, 6 Friars Rise, Woking. PLAN/2024/0249/BC: Variation of condition 3 (Approved Plans) of planning permission PLAN/2023/0587 (Proposed erection of a two storey dwelling with basement with associated subdivision of the plot, parking and amenity space provision) to allow for change in the internal layout, alterations to window and doors sizes and the addition of solar panels, front balcony and first floor cantilevers.  
  • 1 Ferndale Road, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2024/0264/BB: Erection of a two storey side extension following removal of existing conservatory. Alterations to rear roof and removal of existing chimney.  
  • Holly Villa, Egley Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0251/HD: Erection of a single storey rear extension following demolition of the existing.  Enclosure of front porch and insertion of side window.
