Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Throwleigh Lodge, Ridgeway, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2024/0477/BBa: Change of use from care home (Use Class C2, Residential institutions) to a single dwellinghouse (Use Class C3, Dwellinghouses).
• Red Gables, Cleardown, Woking. PLAN/2024/0335/BBa: Retrospective permission for the levelling of the garden, provision of a seating area and amendments to the approved patio.
• Sutton Grange, Whitmoor Lane, Sutton Green, Guildford. PLAN/2024/0479/DR and PLAN/2024/0480/DR: Planning permission is sought for the conversion of garage to habitable accommodation, internal and external alterations and changes to fenestration including changes to glazed link and insertion of new windows, replacement flue, demolition of shed and bin store and erection of replacement bin store.
