  • 10 Laurel Crescent, Woodham, Woking. PLAN/2022/1131/KD: Erection of single storey front and side extensions to first floor, addition of a two-storey rear extension and additional storey over existing garage, to create two storey dwelling with hipped roof (increased ridge height) from chalet style dwelling. Erection of rear outbuilding.
  • 136 Hermitage Woods Crescent, St Johns, Woking. PLAN/2023/0141/KD: Erection of a partial two storey rear extension. Insert 2no. windows inside elevation.
