Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

  • 82 York Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0312/ER: Erection of a single storey rear extension following demolition of existing conservatory.
  • Halifax Building Society, Commercial House, 22 - 24 Commercial Way, Woking. PLAN/2024/0269/HD: Installation of 4no. external heat recovery units to rear courtyard of bank demise. 2no wall mounted units and 2no floor mounted units. Following removal of 3no existing units at first floor.
  • Long Lane Cottage, Clifton Way, Woking. PLAN/2024/0231/CB: Application for Listed Building Consent for the replacement of all windows, new door opening in place of existing kitchen window, refurbishment of bathrooms, replacement of staircase balustrade and erection of pergola over new patio area.
