Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Barnaby House, Roundbridge Park, Old Woking Road, Woking. PLAN/2023/0793/BRB: Change of use of the land from agriculture to residential garden land and construction of new timber fence and entrance gates. The erection of 2x outbuilding and a pergola (part retrospective).
• Howards Farm, Stockers Lane, Kingfield, Woking. PLAN/2023/0801/HD: Erection of detached single storey (traditional granary style) outbuilding (amended).
• The Old Vicarage, 562 Woodham Lane, Woking. PLAN/2023/0889/BB: Erection of a two storey side and single storey rear extensions following demolition of existing side extension.
• Ramblers, Scotts Grove Road, Chobham, Woking. PLAN/2023/0892/EF: Erection of a single storey rear extension following demolition of the existing garage and sunroom.
