Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

  • Land adj. Grave Yard, St Nicholas Church, Church Hill, Pyrford, Woking. PLAN/2023/0986/BRB: Proposed change of use from agricultural land to facilitate extension of existing church cemetery.
  • Rosemead, 190 High Street, Old Woking, Woking. PLAN/2023/1026/CB: Extension of existing outbuilding and erection of additional outbuilding following removal of existing shed.
  • Old Fountain Lodge, Knowl Hill, Woking. PLAN/2023/0997/EF: Erection of a two-storey front extension to replace an existing gable, insertion of a front dormer at eaves level, part conversion of garage. Insertion of two rear dormers, a Juliet balcony and alterations to design and materials of 2no existing first floor rear bay windows. Replacement roof and increase to ridge height. Alterations to fenestration and exterior of dwelling.
  • Beaver Creek, Horsell Common, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2023/0984/JS: Section 73 to vary Condition 6 (Removal of Permitted Development rights for Classes A-E) of PLAN/1993/0954 (Demolition of all existing buildings and erection of two detached houses and two double garages together with ancillary infrastructure cessation of existing non-conforming Established Use.) to reinstate the permitted development rights at the property.
  • Halifax Building Society, Commercial House, 22-24 Commercial Way, Woking. PLAN/2023/1016/EF: Relocation of existing 3No. AC units from the first floor to ground floor rear courtyard and removal of 1No. AC unit and associated pipework. New steelwork support gantry system, access steps and guardrails at ground floor level courtyard.
