Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

  • Mulberry House, Berry Lane, Worplesdon, Guildford. PLAN/2024/0162/DR: Erection of a dwelling and associated parking. 
  • Longston, Maybourne Rise, Mayford, Woking. PLAN/2024/0084/DR: Erection of first floor extension to create an additional storey and external alterations. 
  • The Old House, Pyrford Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0135/BRB: Change of use from part nursery/part golf course to ancillary land to an existing dwelling. 
  • Gable End, Littlewick Road, Knaphill, Woking. PLAN/2024/0173/ER: Enlarging existing side dormer. 
  • 17 The Grove, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2024/0185/CB: Erection of a two storey side and rear extension and single storey rear extension. Single storey front bay window and porch. Pitched roof over existing garage, roof alterations including addition of solar panels and side rooflights and alterations to fenestration and external materials. 
  • Hoe Bridge School, Hoe Place, 224 Old Woking Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0199/BC: Repairs and internal and external works to listed building (see application for full description of works).
