Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

  • Arthur’s Bridge Between Bridge Barn Lane and Lockfield Drive over Basingstoke Canal, Bridge Barn Lane, Woking. PLAN/2024/0083/BC: Electrical charging infrastructure for The Basingstoke Canal Society's electric powered Trip Boat comprising 3 no. proprietary Rolec charging pedestals, 1 no. electrical distribution / meter box and the underground cabling associated with the connection between the meter box and the charging pedestals.
  • Grovesnor Court, Hipley Street, Old Woking. PLAN/2023/1000/BRB: Erection of building, up to 4 storeys, containing x20 apartments with car parking, cycle stores, landscaping and associated works.
  • Winton, 14 Engliff Lane, Pyrford, PLAN/2024/0109/HD: Erection of a single storey side extension incorporating a garage, a single storey rear extension following demolition of existing detached garage and rear extension, Alterations to fenestration. 
  • Flat 1, Lingcroft, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet. PLAN/2024/0097/DR: Erection of a single storey chalet bungalow with accommodation in the roof space on land to rear of Flats 1 and 2 Lingcroft following demolition of existing triple garage, greenhouse and storage units.
