Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Sainsburys, Redding Way, Knaphill, Woking. PLAN/2023/0902/DR: Section 73 application to vary Conditions 5 (no concessions), 23 (size and position of concessions) and 25 (approved plans) of planning permission ref: PLAN/2023/0527 dated 12.09.2023 (Previous Section 73 applications are PLAN/2023/0076, PLAN/2021/0978, PLAN/2016/1451 and PLAN/2014/1388 to original permission ref: PLAN/2011/0160 (Proposed extensions to Sainsbury's store)) to allow the provision of the opticians concession (previously approved) at first floor level and to allow the in-store Sainsbury's cafe to be operated as a different concession.
