NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area  or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• 1 Nursery Cottages, St Johns Lye, St Johns, Woking. PLAN/2023/0287/JS: Erection of a first floor side extension, front porch and single storey canopy to front and side, single storey rear extension, rooflights to the side and rear roof slopes, 2 x rear dormer windows and alterations to fenestration.
• Tadpole House, Frog Lane, Sutton Green, Guildford. PLAN/2023/0075/ER: Erection of 9No ground mounted solar panels.
• 15 Station Approach, West Byfleet. PLAN/2023/0293/CB: Proposed alterations to entrance doorway to first floor unit and alterations to fenestration at first and second floors of No.15 Station Approach. Proposed alterations to shopfront of No.15a Station Approach. Replacement of poles within the parking area, repositioning of the existing air conditioning condenser unit and addition of a secondary unit.
• Wheelers Farm, Warren Lane, Pyford, Woking. PLAN/2023/0369/JS: Erection of a 1.5 storey rear extension, porch and Part M alterations.
