NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Scout Hut, Walnut Tree Lane, Byfleet. PLAN/2023/0600/BRB: Erection of a pair of semi-detached dwellings following demolition of the Scouts hut and outbuildings.
• 2 St Johns Road, St Johns, Woking. PLAN/2023/0536/JS: Retention of restaurant (E use class) and take away (sui generis) use.
• Langmans, Langmans Lane, St Johns, Woking. PLAN/2023/0550/DR: Demolition of existing garage, shed and store room and erection of new single storey detached garage, storage and workshop building.
