Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

  • Lone Oak, Scotts Grove Road, Chobham, Woking. PLAN/2024/0591/BC: Replace existing roof with crown hipped roof to allow for conversion of the loft space into habitable accommodation with the insertion of front, rear and side roof lights following demolition of rear conservatory and front porch.
  • Southwood House, Woodpecker Way, Mayford, Woking. PLAN/2024/0532/ER: Erection of a side conservatory following demolition of the existing. 
  • 35 Connaught Crescent, Brookwood, Woking. PLAN/2024/0547/BB: Erection of a part single, part two storey rear extension. Erection of a rear outbuilding following demolition of existing garage and outbuildings. 
  • Prospect Cottage, Pyrford Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0568/DR: Demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings and erection of two detached dwellings, reinstatement of access and associated works.
