NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Weylea, Church Street, Old Woking, Woking. PLAN/2023/0609/EF: Installation of an Andersen A2 Home EV Charging Point. PLAN/2023/0636/EF:  Listed Building Consent for the installation of an Andersen A2 Home EV Charging Point.
• Greenways, Danes Hill, Woking. PLAN/2023/0596/RS: Listed Building Consent for the repainting of external windows and doors (excluding front door) from green and black to white and repainting external shutters from green to white.  (Retrospective).
• 44 The Grove, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2023/0616/RE: Erection of a two storey side extension following demolition of existing garage.  Erection of a single storey and part first floor rear extension.
• Woodpeckers, Ashwood Road, Woking. PLAN/2023/0649/CB: Erection of a single storey rear extension following demolition of existing conservatory.  Insertion of 1No front rooflight and addition of solar panels.
• Hillcrest, Pyle Hill, Sutton Green, Woking. PLAN/2023/0606/BRB: Erection of a single storey rear extension, raising of the ridge height to form first floor accommodation, rear rooflights, rear solar panels and a front canopy (part retrospective).
