Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

  • 88 York Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0749/HD: Erection of a single storey side and two storey rear extension following demolition of existing garage. Alterations to fenestration and insertion of a first floor side window. 
  • Rose Cottage, Sutton Green Road, Sutton Green, Guildford. PLAN/2024/0766/ML: Prior notification for the siting of 60 ground-mounted solar panels measuring 2465mm x 1134mm (Part 14, Class B). 
  • Oakview, Pyrford Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0755/ML: Proposed double hip to gable loft extension with front and rear dormer windows. Changes to external materials and insertion of 2No first floor side windows and 2No front rooflights. 
  • Danescross, Pond Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0764/ER: Erection of a detached garage with accommodation above and external staircase following demolition of existing garage. 
  • Briarfield, Ashwood Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0776/CB: Erection of a single storey side and rear extension following demolition of existing conservatory and garage. Alterations to fenestration.
