NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

• Pyrford Manor, Pyrford Road, Woking. PLAN/2023/0331/DR: Erection of a detached dwelling and detached garage following demolition of existing stable block and garage building.
• Pyrford Village Hall, Coldharbour Road, Woking. PLAN/2023/0361/HD: Installation of external insulation and render between brick pillars to replace existing pebbledash.
