A missed collection can be reported up to two working days after your collection day.
For example, if your bin was due to be emptied on Monday, you can report the missed collection up until the end of Wednesday.
If you report a missed collection after two days, you will need to wait for your next scheduled collection day.
Your bin has not been emptied
If your bin has not been emptied and a tag has been attached to it
You won’t be able to report a missed collection if the collection crew reported a problem with your bin. For example:
- your bin was not put out as required
- your bin was too heavy to lift
- your bin included the wrong items
You will need to correct the problem and wait for your next scheduled collection.
