An overnight phased closure of Woking’s town centre car parks to permit essential electrical maintenance works will take place from Tuesday 29 to Friday 1 November.
The works, carried out by Thameswey to its high voltage network, will require a series of controlled overnight shutdowns that will impact a number of town centre buildings and council managed car parks.
The car park closures will begin at 4pm on the respective evening and will reopen by 8am the following day. Please follow signage in the car park for further instruction.
Tuesday 29 October: Victoria Place Yellow and Blue car parks (Red and Green car parks will remain open at all times)
Wednesday 30 October: Brewery Road Car Park
Thursday 31 October 2024: Victoria Way Car Park
Access to these car parks between 11pm and 7am will be restricted.
Drivers are encouraged to use the Victoria Place Red or Green car parks to avoid any unforeseen disruption.
